This is good! ^_^ The thing you need to improve on is the eyes and also, try to draw the head a bit thinner. I frequently comment on beginners work (like myself, I have started drawing). It looks like the most common mistake is eyes and heads. Heads are tricky, people usually draw them too wide, which then results in the facial features going astray....XD. I used to use this method when drawing heads which involves splitting it into sections, like the eyes etc. This helped me start out drawing, and now I can draw a basic head with no guides in 30 secs!
If you want, I'll draw some methods of drawing heads and upload them, this would probably help you out!
Although, the best thing you can have is support. I never had any of this when drawing. It didn't help that my friend had been drawing anime for about 2 years, and made me feel really rubbish. Comments are one of the small things that helps you become great!
