its main use within the clan is just targeting, but Hijista, the man i am, is the leader of the clan, and he is the only one who posses those other traits because he is the raikage.... so it doesnt offend me... those are just moves that go along with my storyline

The idea though.....just keep it as a targeting jutsu so it's moves won't miss, that would be good enough.
