I have Photoshop Elements 4.0
There are newer, better versions though. LIke mine doens't have a pen tool or a history brush ):
We've had this version of Photoshop for awhile but I think you have to buy but you don't have to pay like monthly for it. It's a little expensive I think but my Photoshop instructor that I used to go to told me that you could get discounts somehow when buying it if you are a student.
I've been trying and trying to get photoshop to color my pictures. But I can NEVER find the right program. Most photoshops are for editing images off a carema. BUt I want the same program that you have. so I just wont to know a few questions.
1) What's the program called?
2) Do you need to buy it, and/or Pay for it like , every month I have pay (blah blah blah) amount of money to keep the program?

This is awesome! I can barely draw on the computer! This is amazing! Everything about is awesome! The skirt is really cool lol! And her hair is wicked awesome!!
