In the ninja world, every gamble is a gamble with death. Besides, either 100% chance death(Sasuke's Kirin) or 99% chance death with 1% chance survival and win(Susano'o).

I'm working on "macho-er" pict of him now, since it seems like I can't really correct this picture without ruining the paper lol (I did tried to correct it a bit, now he seems so evil and .... wrong, so I didn't re-upload him, gave up and I'll just stack him at the corner for now XD)
That would be so careless of him. It seems like he's actually expecting sasuke to kill him. Why would he bet on a lose-lose situation?
And did you notice that during the fight he seems weaker than usual? (he's the almighty Uchiha, who slain his whole clan, for God's sake!!! I don't believe that sasuke becoming that strong >..
I don't really have anythin' to saty about the point of the picture but I do have sumthin to say about the pic, I like the background and I like his outfit but I think his face looks a little too girly. Good job, anyway!

Think of it this way: Use a highly dangerous technique that allows him to live long enough to maybe take Sasuke's eyes, or become an incinerated pile of ash from Sasuke's Kirin. Lose lose. And a 3rd lose by fact that even if it didn't kill him, it obviously left him vulnerable to being killed by Sasuke. Hard to fight back when you lack consciousness.
but I can't see the reason why he's being suicidal >.<
I think he won't do anything pointless like that just to scare his bro TT.TT that would be so OOC (or maybe, it's some kind of april fool's joke gone bad? nuuuuuu...)
