well yea... u do need moar talent... but u real talent... photoshopped stuff dnt count as art... no matter how skilled u are at it.... u may design it... but the computer and program does the art part... u rly cant take credit for it... so if u want real talent draw somthing on your own.. irl with the good old basic tools... if not, ur stuck at the talent level ur currently at
