yeah i have the same thing about wot you are talking about like i did a really good drawing of a gurl and a boy looking at each other from the side on and i did another copy and colored it so iw ouldn't wreck the original!
Well this is good for the first coloring! I think I understand how you feel on coloring. I know I used to not want to color mine because I was afraid I'd wreck it! And...I have a few times...Now I mainly copy my artwork and color the copies so that the original is still fine. You might want to look into that if you don't want to wreck your drawings; and if you want to color your drawings. Hope this is good advice...^^;
