The shading is good and the picture has great texture. You have talent.

HMm. :) It seems you have obvious mad skillz and talent, but you weren't quite sure how to go about sketching Cloud. :) But I like it, still! high-fives for an attempt; it's not easy. :) ~Micha

So... 1. Eyes are a little too much wide open. And they should be more shaded. 2. Hair... but almost everyone have problems with them, so I won't mention it anymore. Although they don't look bad ;) 3. ...lips are too small xD I think You know it by yourself ^^' 4. I like shading on the skin. It looks very good. 5. I also like how you made clothes. 6. Photos aren't the best way to show sketches, but, if I'm not wrong, Cloud's face is very symmetric. You still need more practice, but You are good in drawind. Keep it up! :)
