Let's start with the background. I like the green, it makes Yuzuki stand out a lot because she's wearing tons of purple shades! ^^
The little white dots remind me of fireflies x3
I kinda wish the "Hiroshi. R.I.P." was larger. It's kinda hard to notice. Just a little bit bigger, we don't want it to take the spotlight xDD;
Your faces, heads, and mostly all of her top half look GREAT! Your practicing paid off.
The legs and HANDS (W.o.w.) have improved a lot since your first pictures x]
The length is wonderful-- I think you could give her legs a bit more shape though ^^ That's so awesome, keep working on your legs! x33
Although her feet aren't included, I feel she's well proportioned! :O!!
You're coloring is in the lines and your skin uh... coloring xD; keeps getting better~ :X
Her shirt is blended smoothly ^^ It might just be me, but I think I see light pink on her arm thingies (no clue what they're called *shot*) xD;;

The highlights in her hair are totally different. I love that ^^ It fits your style.
Her skin is a nicer shade than the ones you've been using before. You chose the right shade for blush too! Stick with it~ ^o^
Great little detail shading/highlighting on the things like her star necklace and earrings-- oh and her lips and eyes ^^
I can seriously tell you put a lot of effort into this piece! ^o^
