omg, this is sooo good!!!! u did a great job! kakashi is just teh best isn't he?! u did a great job with his hair especially cuz that's the hardest part aside from clothing. im not very good at drawing jounin vests for some reason. so good job with that too! the shading is good, it's better than what i can do that's for sure. it's simple and yet well drawn and also good job with drawing his eye it stands out cuz u did a good job. how do ppl shade like that and make eyes so realistic i'll never know, but im gonna vote already. keep it up! *doop*
