YAH~! A guy Mew! I haven't seen any other guy Mews on this sight, so this is the best one I've seen. (Though I might find one if I wasn't so dang lazy. XP)
Really nice! I kind of thought he was a girl at first (please don't eat me), but then you put that he was a guy. Pretty spiffy drawing of him!
Yeah, I'd say something about his chest, but it's already been said. It's totally awesome otherwise! Can't wait to see more of him around!

He looks more like a Mew than the rest of the "male Mews" here, so he's got that going for him. However, the coloration throws me off... or did you intend to have him colored as the unripened Akee fruit? You'd mentioned that he was going to be red before, which might be more fitting (and would match his animal parts better, too).
I don't know about the straps, either... but considering I've become one of the most hated users here on theOtaku over my "Mew Guide", I'm contemplating not mentioning the strapless bit, or the fishnet.

What bugs me is that it looks like he has female breasts. While I understand that he might just be some crazy bodybuilder type, the lines used to define the pectoral muscles suggest the former implication of femininity. His collar bone seems to be out of whack, too; normally, that's drawn as a pair of horizontal lines starting medial and inferior to the shoulder and moving toward the midline, sloping downward a bit without actually meeting (though they may be shown to connect in more sinewy characters, usually men).
