I don't care if you used a picture to do this, but you did it wonderfully. 8D I love how you used your mediums to create the coloring. It looks like color pencil, but then again, I could be wrong. ~o~" Still, it's so beautiful and shiny. Wonderful work. :D

omg!!! yes! i remember the good old days... back when sailor moon was on tv too... my cousins and me used to get home from school and that's the first thing we'd do when we got home--watch sailor moon ^^ you did a good job on the sailor moon pic. better than what i can do (literally.) *votes/favs* you're a very talented artist ^^

Gone-chan!! This has to be one of my favorites yet!! ^^ I really like the coloring on this one, though her sleeves look a little bit smeared... Maybe if you added a starry background in Corel painter, there would be a nice effect!! ^^ Just a suggestion if you want to try it out! I really love this, great job Gone-chan!
