This certainly is a piece to be proud of on many levels. The line art is solid, the coloring is outstanding, and any piece that makes it as a news article icon must mean something. I'll check out the tutorial later, I know it will come in handy for me, lighting effects are one of my trouble spots.

man. ; ; this is so pretty, kira. XD i want to use that pose too...; ;!! it's so perky and fun! tasty combination, i must say. and your colouring...i STILL haven't found out howt to get a good texture, but i'm getting there. -shakes fist- I'M GETTING SOMEWHERE! but not that quickly, as i've been testing out a lot of ideas to get a unique look. traditional colouring is HARD for me! XD i can't handle all them colours and you don't know if the next mark will make it or break it...i donno how you do it, kira. ;o;!!! she must be so happy to have such a pretty commission. i love mine tooo~~~ it's in a special place in my room. ^ ^ i take very good care of it, and i even take it out and oggle over it a good some. ovo;;; is pretty and i love it! -hugs it CAREFULLY- all in all, greatly great as usual. ^ ^ i went and voted for your tutorial too...it helps! i'll try it out. :)

Miko-chan this is amazing! ^^(though Sakurie-chan showed me before-hand..hehehe) I really love the coloring on this one and how you used the effects was soo nicely done!! ^^ And keep working on that tutorial, it's great so far!! ^^ I love the background, it looks fantastic!
