Sora looks so expressively sad in this. I love the pink hearts ripping around him. Is the mask symbolic for something? Like with him and Kairi? (did i spell that right?)

The mask is a symbolic thing, in the game he is really brave and seems indestructibl but in this picture the brave sora (represented by the mask) is breaking away and revealing the vunarable sora thats the reason for the mask.
