Err.
although it doesn't look too much like a mew, I have a suggestion.
Err.Mew's are named after food.
Ichigo(strawberry),mint,lettuce,pudding,zakuro(pomegranite).
so...yeah (:
0_0.... ok, this is alittle better than your 3rd one. I love the outfit!! Her hands need alittle work, and SHE NEEDS A POSE!! I do like how you did her hair though, and again, try making her head BIGGER!

i woudl say just continue to work on the body and it will look awesome!
just one thing...the wings look kinda like fairy wings
if you want them to look more like bird wings you could maybe try to add some feathers ^^
