Hey I don't know if you know about this or not but there's this FREE alternative to photoshop and its called GIMP and you can access it at gimp.org

Its really easy to use and it has most of photoshops features and there are TONS of tutorials out there (trust me). There are anime drawing tips and coloring for GIMP on deviant art.com Just wanted 2 let you know.
