Aww!!! This is AMAZING Kittycat-chan!! I love your background choice! ^^ And she looks great, I can tell you're definitely improving! ^^
The feet look fine to me, but make sure that you make it a little bit thicker, k? ^^ It looks great, Kittycat-chan! *hugs*
It's pretty good. I'll give is a thumbs up. =)
However, Mint's hair isn't that long when it's down. It comes almost to her shoulders. =]
The feet aren't very good, I'm afraid. They're too thin and the anatomy is off. Here, try this site:

Minto looks so kawaii!
The only think I noticed is that the feet look a little funny.
They look a little too skinny.
However other than that, it's a great picture for MS paint.
