Well, it's cute and everything, but it doesn't really look like Minto. ^^;;
Her buns should be more to the side. Right now, they look like Mickey Mouse ears.
Also, her hair in the front should be more close off from the rest of the hair, as if held there by a hair-tie.
Other than that, it IS cute, and I see lots of improvement. =]
