wow.. you are very talented. his lips stand out the most to me. i wouldn't say to use less detail, they look real how they are.

Excelent realism rendering, not sure if this site's the best place for it. but anyway, i like how it feels like you can almost see the strands of his hair. The use of Shadows & Contrast here are amazing

thats real good. only thing id suggest is less detail on the lips. but real good otherwise.
