Nice, as always the shading is amazing and detail perfect in my opinion. I like the detail and curves on the hair.

Wonderful. The wrinkles are always a problem area for many artists. It's random for those who are inexperienced. But you show much talent in the way you place them. Not just that either. You simply used a medium HB pencil [one of my favorites from Ticonderoga by the way]. The pose is also something I took to liking. I do it a lot. ^^ Her hair has a lot of volume as my sister puts it. The shading really does bring out a sketch. I'm not to familiar with the way light hits certain fabrics and surfaces. [That's why I'm looking at others' art and studying up on it a little.] Again. Great work. I'm trying to find something wrong with it though. I'm sure that if you drew something and there was something wrong, you'd want to know so you could learn from it, am I right? I feel that way all the time. Whenm I looked at your picture, I didn't see the clothing first. But rather the original body underneath the clothes. I think to realistic. Even if I'm an anime lover. ^^; The upper torso region looked a little odd to me at first glance. Like as if placement was off a bit. [I'm not hating. Just being a helpful critic if necessary] But alas, the shading, pose, expression, body language, and the addition of a background make this picture something really inspirational. Heh, this is the first time I think that I've commented on one of your pieces too. And such a long comment. O_o" Ah well. See you and keep up the good work! It's more than a pleasure to look at. ^^

You did great with her character design; I like the pants especially. :3 Her hair looks cute as well. She would make a perfect Mary Ann. That�s a neat idea, too. xD I�m looking forward to seeing what you have in store for the rest of the characters. Lol

I just simply love the clothes...they're so modern and stylish...and I have a weird affinity for pant legs not attached to the pants themselves. XD I can't wait to see more of these! =D I really hope that the rest will be sketches as well...you don't upload very many sketches, and I love the look of them! They just look more...I dunno'...authentic? Very awesome idea, once again! ~Shiko-chan

Hey, what a cute idea! =] For a quick doodle, it sure looks like you have a lot of detail put into it, and a lot of effort into making it. I can see you shaded a lot of Mary Ann's clothing and background, which brings out the details! =]

Love all the details you added. To me the head is a bit bigger than her body, but then again it's anime. xD And you know, I can never draw anything like this anyway. :3 Great shadowing and details. I love her wardrobe! It's really creative. Awesome work!

I like it. It's a like a Gilligan meets Final Fantasy X thing. Heh, I can picture it taking place on an island like Besaid now that I think about it. Very nice sketch overall. ^^

I miss Gilligan's Island. It was really funny and original...until all the other "stuck on a deserted island" shows came out... I like the shading on Mary Ann, and her posture is very anime =] ~Okami~
