I think that more people will read what you type if you stop using "txt tlk" or "cht speak." If you keep going on like this, you're never going to get any better. Try using reference pictures for coloring and anatomy. Look at humans for ear details and the like. If you have a little brother or sister, use them xD There is a thing called "Basic Shapes." I'm not sure it's always called that, but when you use simple shapes and sketchy lines to get an idea of your picture, it helps get the final copy to look its best. The highlights on the hair just don't look natural..., try using pictures of real people's hair, and consider the light source on your drawings. Ask yourself, "Where is the light coming from?" and shade based on that criteria. I must tell you, I'm no professional at art, but I have a good grasp on how to start out.
