I immediately thought DNAngel when I saw this (which is neither here nor there). Good stuff.
What sort of materials did you use?
The hands and clothes look great, very well-rendered, and I'm impressed by the hand on the hilt of the sword... it's hard to do that kind of pose and make it look convincing in space. I'm not as thrilled with the red swirling cloth, it looks a little unresolved compared to the beautifully rendered hands and clothes.
Overall, fabulous. I'll be interested to see how your manga unfolds.

heh srry guys! I wont be able to start on this manga untile i finish my finals! (I got to cram ya now?) so i'll just be drawing normal pics untile the summer!( thats when i plan to start it) heh srry

I've got to say, this is one of my favourites now. I love how you did the coloring and such, and the lay-out is completely wicked. It's got to be one of the best males I've seen so far.
