I don't like Mary-Sues anymore than the next person. But why should it matter to you what kind of characters people make ? Its not hurting anyone, sometimes I must say people are VERY unoriginal.( And that is what is annoying ) But then again it is their character and you can't tell them what they can or cannot do with their own created character. Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying for them to copy an anime character -_- But some people get their inspiration from anime characters. I agree with you though, as far as unorginiality goes.

first off, fantastic picture:3 i myself have been working on some original mews. To be honest, I try not to think "that persons mew is a mary-sue!" I try to think "I guess they must admire that part of that character and wanted an oc like that!" and i see ur point! So i'll join u with that! im putting in a new oc but im not sure if it's gonna be a mew one. I'm still debating. I got rid of my other three mew ocs so they could have their own original story, and made a newer mew. There are many ocs and i guess that means that everyone is trying to spread their creativity. So I totally understand and I agree and disagree. I mean to me a mary-sue would be if someone made a minto in ichigo's outfit. The animal part I don't really care, enless I got an animal someone worked hard for. i only have one o.c. but i try to make her as orignal as possible, shes basically a reflection of myself. i mean i think its ok if theyre on the tmm section, just not running rampent >.< thats all im mad about

I agree. I think all the made up mews should be in the orginal anime. I mean your mews are original, aren't they?

I agree with you... This is just my opinion, but most of the Otaku's OC Mews are Mary-sues... (Heck, I have a mary-sue XD) It seems like new ones come in each day, but then the person gets bored with them and doesn't delete the picture. But asides from that, SURE! XD I already have. It makes me sad when people only like to look at fan-mews... That's why I haven't been doing alot of art lately!

lol mary sues are o.c. that are practically exactly like a mother or someone elses fan mew. in laymans terms, theyre rip offs

Yes, I had a character, but only used her once... ^^'' I'll be using her again in a contest, but don't worry, I'll try to draw the Original TMM characters too. ^o^ I drew Ichigo, Ringo, and Mint before, but I have got more to draw!!! XD I'll help! *votes* *favs* Nice coloring/pic. by the way. ^o^
