Pastels are a realy hard medium to work in, so I applaude your effort. All I can do with pastels is impressionist stuff. The fun thing about pastels, though, is that one can actually use two different colors and blend them together pretty smoothly, to create a nice effect, so I would suggest that you experiment with two-tone art. Keep up the good work and experiment as much as possible! -DD
