Well... good job with the pose, but You should work more with clothes (they looks rigid in some places). The same for face: You drew contour like to wanted to draw face from front, but nose and eye are face round to left. Hair are flat, but if You add dark lines on them in few places it should be ok I think... and some "sharps" would be ok :). Work harder 'cuz I see that You can draw better :)
