Its like tokyo hoochie, jkjk but the outfit is rather skimpy nice job though, very original as far as I can tell.

Mmm, she's... pretty. Why Mew Tori, though? Tori means bird, and while I know that birds can be eaten, I don't think it was intended to be a food name. XD;; Ah... well, I think my biggest gripe would be about her costume itself. While it's very original, it's rather... revealing for a Mew. I'm guilty of clothing my main Mew in a very skimpy sort of outfit, too, so... yeah. But, still, she's... prancing around in her underwear. While TMM may be fanservice-y, it's not quite that much so. ^^; Perhaps... you might think to change at least the bottom half of her outfit? ^^;;
