I only have two little things, *don't take this the wrong way please* the hand: the wrist is too small for the arm, I think the fingers should be a little longer and it looks a little like the hand is shriveling because the fingers are stuck together like that, people usually spread their fingers naturally, especially when they're in pain. ^^
and 2 is the neck is a little long, especially since it looks like you were trying to make it look like his head was hanging and trust me, I know how difficult it is to include an adam's apple and not make the neck look too long but yea ^^ Other than that it looks great and I love the positions of the legs ^^
