It looks nice! I like the pose! The hair looks very nice but I think I know what your problem may be...you're too tight when you're drawing it. When drawing hair, especially when you're just sketching, loosen up your hand and just let it flow. Hair is supposed to be random and flowey and when your hand is loose, it will naturally happen.^_^
