The proportion isn't really bad at all. The pose could have looked more dynamic if like Kumo's right leg was stretchedout from behind with the simlar perspective done to his arms. But as I said, its still good. It would have also been nice if there was more of a background with the forest/trees.

everything isn't too badly disproportioned. the only thing i have to comment on is the hand though. they might be just a tad too skinny. maybe bigger hands next time. lol. its pretty cute though i have to admit ;]
