I like it! The shading is great! I can't shade very well... BUT YOU CAN! ^_^

Overall the picture is very good. Nicely done on the shading. However, his profile is kind of screwed up. His upper lip is extending outward too far to the point where it is almost at length with his nose. Other than that, nicely done! ^_^
