Thanks for the great feedback! visualkei - Actually, the whole thing was done with Prismacolor colored pencils. The difference between the hair and shirt is that I used only one color for the shirt and pressed harder, while the hair has around 4-6 different colors and was drawn looser/sketchier. And yes, it is Gackt :D
