the face proportions need a tad bit of work as well as the arms, they are too thin. The wings are good but the Coulds are too...Clich�, it's like you didn't wanted to do them and drew puffballs, Try to put more waves to them so that they really looks like clouds. The sun is too clich� as well. A real sun is not represented as a circle colored in yellow. try to make it look more like it was fluid and not perfectly round. as well as putting some heat waves inside of the sun, I explain porrly but I have no example to show you. If I had a scanner I might have tried to show you but well... it's a good start but keep on working to improve.
