What Kokkoii probably means is that you didn't put one of the other Mews (Cherry, Raspberry, Blueberry, or Dakumomo) in the picture with your character. What if you added one of them in the background, carrying trays of cookies or something? :3

You did a great job on this it's uber kawaii but you didn't follow the rules. No harshness. This will have to do unless you can get to a scanner, but if you can't well just take this since you dont have access to a scanner, i understand your diffuciuty but please follow the rules.
