I'm not artist, but I've seen alot of first attempts and yours is downright impressive. I would have never guessed it was your first try and the clothing looks great. I hope you do another one soon. ;-)

That's your first time? Wow! It looks great! ^_^ I like how you did her outfit the best. Her dress and jacket look great with the hints of light to give it a more fabric look.
I agree with both Crystia and ElvesAteMyRamen, the hair could use some more hightlights and blending, but it still looks great. ^_~

First time using Photoshop? I think it turned out well! The light touches of airbrush look nice. I would like to have seen some more highlights I think...like around the hair. That would help make some parts stand out more-so then others.

I wouldn't have even noticed this if you hadn't posted it on your Deviant Art account. Pity they don't have a notification system here at myO like they do at DeviantArt.
Anyway, I took a quick look back at the plain line art of this, then the colored pencil version and out of the three this one is definately the best. I don't know much about photoshop coloring, but if that's your first attempt, it's pretty amazing.
I like the shading on her outfit the best. The hair could use a little work as it doesn't look as blended as the other parts. Overall, excellent job.
