This is very lovely, I love the colors. But, I would like to say that this drawing is drawn a bit too sharply, and the whole theme on the picture is more gentle, but otherwise you did a great job! ^-^

It's nice!^^ The coloring is good, I like it. You have a nice balance of attention to detail. I expecially like the little detail on her shoes. The anatomy needs work though. She's a bit...twisted. Her legs are facing one way and her body is facing the other way. If you flipped one around, then it would be better. Overall it's a good job!^^ I have a Tutu art too! Check it out if you like!
