T_T. What did Nejifan get himself into? Did he even bother looking at your stuff before challenging you? Personally, I think that you have a right to critique because your have wonderful art skills. Plus, critique is wonderful (I LOVE CRITIQUE!) and helps you improve. If he thinks you're walking around talking a load of crap, well technically, it's true crap and most people benefit from it once they're out of their emo stage, nn!
I think the picture is well drawn and the CGing is beautifully done. I won't say anything about the face because I'm sure you've gotten enough of it. You also did state that you struggled with the face, so no need to keep on nagging you with something you already know. I think the picture is beautiful and you did a great job. Keep up the great work.
So, it was a challenge, aye? Well, I think you did a good job with your end of the bargain! The way you colored and shaded it is very nice. Usually, I don't like when people use real-life backgrounds for their drawings but actually pulled it off here.
People have mentioned the face but I can point out the main problem to be more specific, and that's the eyes. Most anime characters, you don't see the whites of their eyes on the top unless they're super scared. For anime, if she were lookng down, just like a real person, it would be their eyelids that would go down and that would make it more-so give that expression. Hope it makes sense.^^
welll - as long as my comments do not sound too harsh i shall say them. Well i think that the head is a bit too small, but besides that i think just the porportion of hair as well. Well dont take it personally, im just doing art critique here. ^^ please forgive me. ^^;

He/She CHALLENGED you?! This must be a joke... I seriously think that person's going overboard. I mean, I've received 2 comments on my art from you so far and they are the most useful ones to me among all others. And knowing what Nejifan's fanarts look like, the distinction is just too clear.
I like the way you coloured this pic, I especially admire the detail on her hair :) But her face bothers me though, the iris of her eyes are too small (it projects a surprised expression) And her face structure resembles that of a male, especially her chin.
Other than that this is excellent work, I love the way you drew the pouches :P
