You drew the entire pic in Paint? That program's difficult to draw with, so considering that, the drawing is very good! But I think her nose is just a tad off, and the shape of her face isn't quite right. With practice, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it! A little trick I like to use is to draw it by hand first, scan it into the computer, and then trace&color it in Paint. That helps you to get the details done well.
