Like everyone said, I like the soft coloring. Nice hues! The style kind of reminds me of an older shojo manga, especially with Hinata and Tsudene. (Which, I probably just mispelled.)
Just a little note, Tsudene's hand looks like a little awkward.
But I love everyone's expressions and poses. Especially Sakura's.
Great job. I really like the way you captured their expressions. Although, Naruto looks less like the Number One Loudest, Unpredictable, Hyperactive Knuckleheaded Ninja and more like a really excited chipmunk. Which is highly amusing.
I think your best one was Sakura. You recreated her almost perfectly.

O.o Shit that's good (please don't mind the language XD). Anyway, I really love it, the background, coloring, lineart, everything's really awesome. Did you use color pencil for the coloring?
Anyway, the only thing that I might suggest about it is perhaps toning down the highlights? Don't get me wrong, some is good, but on some parts with the overall picture, it seems almost blaring (like a t.v. screen blaring). Maybe lightly coloring a few of the white highlights with the original color so it doesn't seem brillantly white. But I actually love Hinata's hair (which btw, she is awesomely adorable!! ^^ Great job on her!) Although, doesn't Kakashi's and Naruto's hair seem 2-d? It does to me XD
Anyway, it's still awesome work! keep it up! ^^
O.k. I'm not really good and I just started reading the manga. Is that an original character or is she a real Naruto character? (goddam her boobs are huge! :p)
