Like everyone else has said, some parts are a little wierd, but it's good for being on pain. But, think up other characters or something. I will not stand for team 7 to have her in it.

I was starting to wonder about the whole squad seven thing, and about Kakashi. That's really unlikely, sorry. But, the picture is pretty good. You should make her have some type of flaw though, if she's going to be smart, hyper, determined, and like Sasuke. o.o Just my opinion...I think a character with some sort of flaw, makes them more interesting. :] More life-like.

hm....ive been looking at this drawing more...and the proportions are a little funky. You could have done something a little more with the shading and highlights and detail...but still...its good for paint.

My only question... how can her squad members be Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura if there are only three-man squads? And Kakashi as her sensei? Team 7's been complete and your OC ain't a part of it. Good job, though. The porportions are a bit off, but otherwise it's nice.
