in what technic is it done looks some paint of some sort..acril that is not..watercolors maybe??
well anyhows...the colour is really cool i agree with the comment below..lol..

i like the shading and muscle definition. that seems to be hard in general. and i like the small details. only thing really is the proportions look off. i think the waist narrows too much. i dunno, it may be the way hes turned. nice job tho. creepy yet cool character.
