I really like! I can't exactly see the rain, but the colors you used around him really work with the mood of the picture. I don't know what to say, as most everyone else said what I would say, especially about the pastels. I hate how they feel on your hands and then get caught under your nails and you can't get it out and... well, I don't like pastels, I think you get the point. Anyways, it's a great picture. I hope to see more!

I'm not a big fan of pastels myself, but obviously you've had some practice. Great job! I would love to see more of your work!

Wow, pretty. **eyes sparkle** I love the coloring! And I like how you kind of smudged the darkness to bring out the sadness of the picture. Great techniques used. Keep up the great work!

Really great work, I can appreciate the difficulty of Pastel mediums. I really do think that you nailed the forshortening on Ed's face. It really makes the picture come alive. Great work

Unfortunately I don't see the rain part, but... wow, the rest of it's amazing! The way you blended the colors on the sidewalk in the background, and the colors on Ed himself, it's just awesome! And even though he's facing down, and his hair is covering most of his face, you can still see a great deal of sad, pathetic-feeling emotion on his face there, this picture is just outright awesome! Keep it up! I'd love to see more :)
