kyaaaa! XD Byakuya-niisama is awesome. i think, the only thing i would change is that Byakuya has a much sharper chin. The whole general style of Bleach is very angular and sculpted; not rounded and simplified, like Naruto. One other thing maybe, is to make his hair a bit longer, and if you draw him from the side again, make it so you can see hair from the other side, as well. (he's not bald on the other half of his head, ne? ^^) so yeah. great job, all in all! ~Michi
