Nice line variation and coloring! But I have to agree that the arms are too big plus his left hand looks kinda deformed... but the rest is good, like the folds in his clothes and stuff are really good!

Sorta a pin up. Maybe more of a wall scroll. His arms are a little too big. But everything else is very good. Especially his face. I like the shading style and the way you made the smoke too.
