the detail is very nice, and i love the realism quality! You did an awesome job with the realistic approach. I personally don't see anything wrong with the nose, but there's something about his chin that I'm a little bothered with... I can't quite place my finger on it. Very nice job overall though, I love the eyes, and the hair especially ^_^;

i dont like his nose, it seems to short but i like everything else about it!
