this is nice perspective, but you may need to work on the hands and the length of arms. you can make the hand more realistic by giving more details. you can look at your own hand in the mirror and draw what you see. practicing that will help you draw hands, and soon you'll be able to do many hand angles without a reference. you have nice shading, and maybe smudging it more with tissue (pressing harder) will give more of a soft tone to it. although the center character is facing us with his left arm going away from us, his arm is still too short. i'm not really sure how to explain how to do that, though. the second person looks good. and the face of the monster is on is cool. good job.
