This may seem odd, but I will defend you hand structure to a certain point.
I quickly looked in a mirror, and it matches the structure to a degree. The great thing about drawing in an anime/manga style is that one is allowed to exaggerate the features to give it a more "willowy" look. The subtle curves on the arms also look good. I admire your clean linwork. Nice art!
