This picture reminds me of sunshine, or flowers. I like pics that bring images to my mind. It's a mark of good art. I like the pose. It has that classic "anime/manga" pose. The coloring looks really nice. It looks like watercolors, or skillful marker coloring. I also admire when mixed mediums are used, such as the case with the CG textured background. Nice and bright pic!
