i thought heads are supposed to be big in chibi drawings...? but i think you should try and make the haed a bit more circular. ooh love the boots/shoes!!!!!!! ooh the tail once again is so cute! maybe you should give her eyebrows. and oh yeah like Kokkoii-Matoku said the colouring is super!

Her head is to big for her small body. the coloring is good but you should use drawing paper instead of lined. printing/white paper is better to draw on nyah ^^-
