Yeah, the black in the hair is a little messed up. It could be because of the paper you're using, you can try just very lightly doing a layer like thing. Each time very lightly eventually, it will eventually become dark. maybe thats it!

great drawing. but with a suggestion for the hair - try colouring over it with another colour (eg white), if u do it not too hard it will smooth out the black colour.
