Once again, your ability with details staggers me. And who cares if the background is photoshopped, it looks cool and really adds to the overall effect.

i think photoshop backgrounds are fine; photoshopping someone else's picture and putting it as yours isn't. :) anyway, i like this picture, a lot, because it's your own style! ^_^ and i love that texture that's on the wing muscles...and you did a good shading job...keep it up!

I don't think anyone can say "hey, y'not s'posed t'use Photoshop!". This is really good. There's a lot of detail here. Anyway, most all my pictures are done with a tablet on Painter Classic.
