You need to work on your side heads. And your legs. Your side heads look too chubby, try taking it one step at a time and try making them skinnier so it looks a bit more proffesional. (Take this from a proffesional) This may be fan art, but I think you're taking this fan art thing way toooo far, don't you think? you're a good artist (Except for the side faces you really need to work on that) I prefer SasukeXSakura.
